Payment
Payments are C.O.D, unless a credit application is completed and accepted. An invoice will be sent to you with banking details. You may pay by Bank Transfer, Credit Card or cash deposit. If you are making a bank transfer from a bank other than Standard or Nedbank, please allow 2 working days for funds to clear. If you are in a rush, you may secure your payment by providing credit card details.
Delivery
Once your account has been paid, you can collect your equipment or, for a nominal fee, we deliver to your door. Read further below for other delivery options.

LONG TERM / LEASING (36 MONTHS)

Complete a customer info form to apply for your rental deal (1 page).
Sign and return the Quote
We will come out to you to sign your Rental Agreement.
Delivery will be scheduled as agreed.

Note: To qualify for Long Term Rental of new equipment, please take a look at the following checklist:

You should be an existing business, with 2 years financial statements
You should have your latest management accounts signed by your accountant
You should have your company / cc registration documents

What happens if I need to keep the equipment longer than the initial rental period?
This is no problem at all! Your rental will be extended, using the appropriate Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Rate. Depending whether you are an account customer or not, you may be required to pay for the extended period.

Is the equipment insured?
If you signed for insurance on your contract, you are covered for Theft of the goods. In the event of Theft, you would be liable for 50% of the replacement cost of the goods, with a minimum of R1,000. Special cover is available on request. Note that conditions apply to insurance such as reporting the issue in writing to GO RENTALS and to the police within 24 hours. The venue from where they were stolen must has 24 hour security.

Unfortunately you are not insured for damage. In the event of damage to the rented goods, you would be charged the lesser of a) the repairs, of b) the replacement cost of the items/s.

Can I rent in my personal capacity and not through a company?
Yes, we rent many items to consumers. Just like renting a car, you will need to produce your credit card, or a suitable deposit.

Is there a minimum quantity of equipment I must rent?
For short term rentals, there is no minimum quantity. For longer rentals usually a minimum of around 10 units apply.

If I return the equipment early, do I get a refund?
You will be charged the rental price agreed upon in your quote, unless otherwise agreed. If you have no specific date set, you will be charged the lesser of the Daily, Weekly or Monthly rate.

What happens if an item is faulty?
We will replace it for you as quickly as possible at no cost. If your job is out of town, we will send spare equipment so you don't have to worry!
